SECURE ONLINE ORDERING

Every transaction you make on our site is safe. If for any reason, the software fails and unauthorized charges are made to your account as a result of shopping at DurwinRice.com, we will cover the fraudulent charges up to the amount detailed in the Fair Credit Billing Act.*

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, DurwinRice.com will cover this liability for you, up to the full $50.00 if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at DurwinRice.com while using our secure server.

ORDERING

You always have the option to add, delete or change quantities in your cart before confirming your order. Once you've finished shopping, just click on "CHECKOUT" and following the instructions to guide you through the ordering process.

How to Place an Order Online

1) You can begin your order online by clicking on an "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" icon anywhere on our site. The cart will prompt you to select your zip code and preferred method of shipping in order to calculate the order's shipping charges. 2) Once you have selected the items you want, click on "CHECKOUT" at the bottom of any page. You will be asked for a Ship-To Address and Credit Card Information. When you have provided this information click on "SUBMIT" and your order will begin processing. If you prefer you can choose to print your order and FAX it to us along with your credit card information at (816) 737-2028 (our fax line is open 24 hours a day/7days a week) or by MAIL with a check or money order to: Durwin Rice Designs, 5516 Troost, Kansas City, MO 64110. Checks require 7-10 days processing before your order will ship. You will receive a Confirmation Email alerting you that the order has been placed successfully. If, at any time, you have questions about our ordering process, or would like a customer service representative to contact you please email us at customerservice@durwinrice.com. or call (816) 361-6825.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We frequently experience discrepancies with international shipping charges. If you are requesting a delivery elsewhere than the United States, please choose your preferred method of shipping based on how soon you want to receive your order. We will respond via email with the actual shipping charges, plus a few options. In most cases your actual shipping charges will be much less than those quoted by our Shopping Cart..

CREDIT CARDS

At this time we can accept credit card payments by Discovery, Visa, MC or American Express or via PayPal.com

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

If we cannot ship your order within 48 hours of receiving we will contact you via email and explain why. We will give you the option of either shipping the order partial OR holding the order until the expected delivery date. Orders placed after 11:00AM (EST) on Fridays will usually ship on the following Monday (holidays excluded.
